Product Manager


As a Product Manager for our Facade Solutions business, you will develop and execute marketing plans for Saint-Gobain WEBER products.


  • Monitor, record and report events occurring in assigned segments -- including the collecting and recording of marketplace intelligence related to 1) competitors, their products and marketing programs; 2) trends, threats and market opportunities; 3) customer expectations; and 4) any other events/activities potentially affecting opportunities for Saint-Gobain WEBER to successfully implement its business plans
  • Pro-actively manage the product life cycles of the assigned products and update product concepts detailing mid and long-term strategies for lead market segments and prepare project plans for approval
  • Actively work with the regional marketing team and technical services to identify key portfolio gaps, new product concepts and address innovation needs to fill gaps supported with proper business cases
  • Coordinate with other key internal and external groups to ensure segment-related plans are implemented
  • Participate in ongoing customer interaction to help position Saint-Gobain WEBER and our products
  • Be knowledgeable of industry trends, technologies, and competitive initiatives in relevant and adjacent markets to identify and meet customer needs
  • Maintain communication with customers and contacts in the wider market to ensure that the products meet their needs and are competitively successful
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to define annual product priorities and strategic goals


  • University degree (Engineering or similar)
  • Established experience in Construction industry
  • Good track record of meeting targets and maintaining publishing schedules
  • Business acumen with a pro-active problem solving attitude
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written
